Village Town Directory:  One of the first jobs the  7th All India School Education Survey is to  prepare a Village/Town wise directory (Master Code List) for each district. This list will act as a base and will be of great help in distribution of survey tools and receiving them back after they are filled-in. 

For Manipur, information pertaining to 34 blocks and  33 towns have been collected, the details of which are as follows:
