  10. Matters relating to periodical review of service records of all officers.
     
  11. All matters relating to MPSC.
     
  12. Pension Cell.
     
  13. All matters relating to Reservation of posts SC/ST and other categories.
     
  14. Appointment under Die-in-harness Scheme.
     
  15. Grievance Committee relating to service matter of State Government employees.

  1. All matters relating to Administrative Reforms.
     
  2. All matters relating to Organisation and Method including Work Study.
     
  3. All matters relating to Staff Assessment and prescription of staffing pattern for creation of new posts.
     
  4. Matters relating to Training.
     
  5. Matters relating to Civil List.
     
  6. All matters relating to simplification of procedures and methods.
     
  7. All matters relating to Manual of Office Procedures.
     
  8. All matters relating to other general procedural matters.
     
  9. All matters relating to review of pending cases, submission of weekly arrear statement to AR.
     
  10. All matters relating to State Academy of Training.
     
  11. "Matters relating to the Right to Information Act, 2005 and co-ordination with the Departments in connection with implementation of the Act and Rules framed thereunder”.
